The availability of places on the boats for whale watching in Tenerife (especially in high season) varies constantly, sountil we confirm the reservation via email or telephone (usually in less than 12 hours) we cannot guarantee the realization of activity. If the reservation could not be completed, we would propose an alternative schedule or proceed to refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
You must be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the boat is due to leave.
We advise you to arrive with enough time to find parking around the marina at certain times of the year it can be difficult to park)..Please keep this aspect in mind when planning your day.
The whale watching activity in Los Gigantes cannot be canceled during the 48 hours prior to the activity. 100% of it will be charged when the service is already contracted.
In case of canceling your reservation between 72 and 48 hours prior, the management fee will be 50% of the total amount.
In case of canceling your reservation between 7 and 3 days before, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount.
The refund of 100% of the total amount of the whale and dolphin watching
reservation will be effective in the following cases:
- In case of canceling your reservation more than 7 days in advance.
- In cases of bad weather that does not allow us to go aboard.
- In the event that the minimum number of 4 passengers is not reached, we will be obliged to cancel the departure and return the amount paid in full.
You must be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure.
Parking at Los Gigantes can be challenging during some periods of the year (specially high season) therefor we recommend that you arrive we plenty of time to have a stress free experience before you come aboard.
